2. Over Snacking
A healthy snack in between meals is great fuel for the body but what causes a big problem is, over-snacking.
Eating too many snacks, especially the ones which aren't nutritious can lead to fatigue and weight gain.
So it is better to eat smaller portions of nutritious snacks and also do not eat directly from the container or packets to refrain yourself from overeating.
3. Going to bed late
We agree, not everyone is a morning person. But, that doesn't mean you will compromise with your sleep.
You must take at least 6-7 hours of proper sleep to stay healthy and fit.
If you will go to bed late, it will not only affect your physical health but then you will also make you feel lethargic and less productive the next day.
4. Being a couch potato
No, We are not asking you to not relax but sitting in one place the whole day without doing anything is not a good habit. Being a couch potato will make you lazy, less productive and obese.
Even if you are feeling lethargic, a little exercise like brisk walking or cycling is a must so that you stay active and your body keeps functioning properly.
It also boosts overall happiness and keeps you healthy.
