West bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's fight with the Union government continues to escalate with the Chief Minister again lashing out at the Governor. Mamata Banerjee has said that she has already written three letters to the Union government asking for the removal of Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar. She has alleged that the Governor is trying to divide the state of West Bengal and that his name is included in the 1991 Jain Hawala case.
