Playing in his 100th T20I, stand-in skipper Rohit Sharma made it a night to remember with a sizzling batting display that included six huge sixes. He smashed 85 runs off just 43 balls and powered India to an 8-wicket victory, and also qualified him to appear on Chahal TV hosted by spinner Yuzvendra Chahal at the end of a match.
Sharma hit three of the six sixes off successive balls bowled by Mosaddek Hossain. On being asked about the moment by Chahal, the Indian captain said that he was looking to hit six sixes in a row but decided to rotate strike after missing one on the fourth delivery.
Chahal also asked if he could also hit such huge sixes and what is required, to which Sharma replied, "You don't need a huge body and muscles to hit big sixes. Even you (Chahal) can hit sixes. Power is not the only thing you need to hit sixes, you need timing as well. The ball should hit the middle of the bat and your head should be still. So, there are a number of things you need in order to hit a six."

Sharma has now the most number of sixes in the calendar year across all formats. He already holds the record for the Indian who has hit the most number of sixes in the T20I format so far.
