The second day of Amazon India Fashion Week Autumn Winter 2017 saw designers like Samant Chauhan, Hemant and Nandita, Vineet Bahl and Aneeth Arora showcasing their collection at the four-day extravaganza that is being held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. While Samant brought back childhood memories by showcasing his collection at the National Rail Museum, Aneeth Arora celebrated the nomadic spirit by showcasing his latest collection 'Pero'. Romancing with intense florals, fashion designer Anupama Dayal, in her collection, brought to life the sacred forest of Mangur village. Small elements like pom poms, self-crafted butterfly clips and hangings complimented the layers of skirts, dresses and tunics. Heamnt and Nandita's collection showcased voluminous dresses wrapped up in the bold silhouettes of jackets, overcoats and metallics exhibited the exuberance of the perfect amalgam of power and volume. Vineet Bahl's 'CODE' conveyed understated drama for the urban woman. Replete with elements of boho-luxe and layering, CODE was designed in all organic fabrics such as tussar, jute and suede. The fashion show organised by India's apex fashion body Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) will conclude on March 18.
