Watch: Elephant calf falls into well, rescued using rope contraption in Odisha

An elephant calf fell into a well in Odisha's Mayurbhanj. The calf fell into a 15-foot-deep well on April 9 night. It was finally rescued by the forest and fire departments. Earth diggers were used to clear the soil near the well. The elephant was pulled out using a rope contraption. “The calf accidently fell in to the well last night while it was roaming with its herd.
