W.B CM Mamata Banerjee accuses Centre of misusing power over summons of 3 IPS officers

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee hit back at the Centre over IPS officers deputation. She takes on Twitter saying "Government of India (GOI) order of central deputation for the 3 serving IPS officers of West Bengal despite the State's objection is a colourable exercise of power and blatant misuse of emergency provision of IPS Cadre Rule 1954."

The Ministry of Home Affairs issued the second notice to the West Bengal Government to summon 3 IPS officers from West Bengal who were incharge of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President J.P. Nadda's security when his convoy was attacked.
