Wild elephants wreak havoc in Chhattisgarh's Mahasamund

Wild elephants have been wreaking havoc on human habitations and crops in Chhattisgarh's Mahasamund. A herd of elephants entered Murumdih village in Mahasamund, creating panic among the villagers. The village has been facing menace of elephants since past few years. At least thirteen people have been killed by the jumbos in past few years. The elephants have also destroyed crops in the area adding to the woes of villagers.
