Rescued from the flood but nowhere to go. A three-year-old girl is waiting to be reunited with her parents after both her legs were fractured in the ferocious floods in Uttarakhand. The minor is unable to communicate about her parents or anything about her identity. The pilgrims left her at a Rishikesh hospital where she received primary treatment for two days. The minor is taken care by the Dehradun's Child Helpline and is admitted to Dehradun district hospital where she has been for the last five days.
