When UPA was in power, it used to act like enemy of BJP-ruled states: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said when the UPA government was in power at the Centre, it used to act like an enemy of Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) ruled states at a mega rally in Bhopal. The Prime Minister while addressing the party workers at the 'Karyakarta Mahakumbh' said, "When UPA was in power, it used to act like an enemy of BJP-ruled states. When I was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, if any Congress Minister even did namaste to me and the next day if that photo comes in newspaper, the minister used to tremble in fear that now his career will be over." 'Karyakarta Mahakumbh' was organised on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Hindutva icon and Bharatiya Jana Sangh (BJS) co-founder, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya. Madhya Pradesh will go on polls by the end of this year with Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram.
