Strongly disapprove CBI action against Stalin, says Chidambaram.

Finance Minister P. Chidambaram on Thursday disapproved the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) raid at DMK leader M.K. Stalin's residence in Chennai, saying it is bound to be misunderstood. Meanwhile, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath too condemned the CBI raid at Stalin's residence.Stalin, whose residence in Chennai was searched by the CBI in connection with alleged illegal import of cars today morning, termed the latest developments to be a 'political vendetta'. The raids at Stalin's residence took place two days after the DMK formally withdrew its support to the UPA alliance.
