Spirit of brotherhood all-time high during Ramadan in India

Fostering the spirit of communal harmony, a Sarv Dharam Roza-Iftar party was recently held in the Agra city of Uttar Pradesh. Religious leaders of almost all faiths, be it of Hinduism, Islam, Sikhism or Christianity, were invited to this Roza iftar that was organised by Shia Youth Federation at the city's Umang Vatika. Showing regards for the beliefs of their Muslim brethren, the religious leaders not just attended the iftar party but also sat along with them and had the meal. Organised for the last many years in the city of Agra, this beautiful conglomeration of people from different faiths has been playing a significant role in strengthening the thread of secularism.
