SpaceX launches and lands its first reused rocket for NASA

NASA recorded a successful launch of a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft that was heading to the International Space Station. SpaceX is touted to be a successful launch as progress in its effort to create reusable rocket boosters. Dragon lifted off on a Falcon 9 rocket from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. It had more than 4,800 pounds of research equipment, cargo and supplies that will support more than 250 investigations aboard the space station. The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket first-stage booster later approached Landing Zone 1 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida.
