Raman Singh pays homage to slain cops on Police Commemoration Day parade

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh attended the Police Commemoration Day parade in Raipur on Saturday. The chief minister paid homage to the policemen died in firing by Chinese troops in 1959. While addressing the gathering, CM Singh acknowledged the efforts of policemen who work day and night to ensure the safety and security of the nation. Police Commemoration Day is celebrated every year on October 21, to remember the policemen who sacrificed their lives for the country's unity.
