It's nowhere written in FIR that I incited riots, says Ashwini Choubey's son Arijit Shashwat

Speaking about the allegations leveled against him of inciting communal clashes, Union Minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey's son Arijit Shashwat said, he was not present at the spot. "Who shot home guard jawan? We weren't present at spot. You can see in my FB feed that procession was about to stop at time of incident," Arijit Shashwat said. "It's nowhere written in the FIR that I incited riots. It is written that I am being booked under Loudspeakers Act and that I didn't have permissions for procession. Also that people's sentiments might be hurt because we were raising slogans of Jai Shri Ram and Vande Matram," he further added. A First Information Report (FIR) was registered against Arijit Shashwat and others on March 19, in connection with a communal clash that broke out in Bihar's Bhagalpur.
