On being asked if there is a delay on part of Congress on forming government in Maharashtra, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Ajit Pawar said, "NCP and Congress have fought election together and should take all decision together too. Whatever decision will be taken will be taken collectively, so we were waiting for Congress response yesterday but it didn't come, we can't decide it alone. There is no misunderstanding, we contested together and are together. Congress has to come to provide stability to the government. There is no delay from our side. We have called our MLAs for meeting to take decision and similar meeting should be taken by Congress too." After BJP-Shiv Sena tussle over forming government in Maharashtra, latter is in talks with NCP and Congress.
