Jharkhand is going to give some relief to the commuters of the state as the state government has decided to give three months relief to the people so that they can get their respective documents in order. Transport Minister CP Singh informed about the decision, "Taking cognisance of people's safety, some amendments were made in Motor Vehicle Act by Centre. However, taking note of issues people are facing, we've decided to give 3 month relief to people so that they can get their documents in order, spread awareness among people. Public should also make sure that they abide by all the traffic rules and regulations," said Singh. The Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019 went into effect earlier this month.
