Migrant workers arrive at Pune railway station with ‘fake’ registration messages, turned away

Pune (Maharashtra), May 21(ANI): Migrant workers in Pune remained stranded at the railway station after the message confirming their registration turned out to be ‘fake’. The migrants claimed that they had registered for the train after which they had received a message from magistrate. After being denied entry, the workers took shelter at the nearest bus stand. One of workers said, “We received a message from magistrate after registration, but the police officials are saying that the message is fake. The message had the information that the train is going to run from Pune to Assam, and after screening you will be allowed to board on the train.”
