Kashmiri nationalists afraid of being targeted by Pakistani agencies after Arif Shahid's killing

Nationalist leaders and intellectuals from Azad Kashmir gathered for a seminar at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva on September 12 and paid tribute to Arif Shahid, the chief of All Parties National Alliance (APNA), who was killed by unknown persons in Pakistan's Rawalpindi city on May 14, 2013. The leaders and intellectuals blamed Pakistan's spy agency, the ISI, for his killing.
