India and China will hold formal talks on the issues of border, trade and peace respectively on Monday. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang currently on a visit to India met Manmohan Singh in New Delhi earlier on Sunday. They discussed crucial bilateral issues in the course of their parleys. Reportedly, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh told visiting Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Sunday a recent military standoff in the Himalayas could affect relations between the two countries as they looked to boost bilateral trade. Singh reportedly said relations were affected when "peace and tranquillity" on the border was impacted.
