IIFK gets off to a rousing start

International Film Festival of Kerala got off to a rousing start in Thiruvananthapuram, with audiences treated to an amalgamation of celluloid cinema spanning several ages. The spectators were in for a visual treat during the screening of a silent film, Alfred Hitchcock's 'The Ring'. They were transported into the black and white era, as a live orchestra gave background music in sync with the story.
