Fog shrouds national capital as mercury dips, 9 trains cancelled due to low visibility

The national capital continues to reel under cold waves after mercury dipped further. Fog wrapped the city as Delhiites prepare for colder days ahead. At least nine trains were cancelled, 11 trains are arriving late and one was rescheduled due to decreased visibility and operational reasons. The minimum temperature on Friday was recorded at 7.3 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average.
