COVID-19: Villagers in Karnataka's Shivamogga use wood logs to restrict outsiders

As citizens are experiencing nationwide lockdown in wake of coronavirus pandemic, many are finding unique ways to restrict the spread of the deadly disease. Locals of several villages in Sagara Taluk in Karnataka's Shivamogga have put logs of wood to block roads leading to the villages to restrict entry of outsiders. Number of positive coronavirus cases in the country has risen to 873 which include 19 deaths.
