Border-area farmers explore latest agricultural technology in 5-day tour organised by Indian Army

Under the aegis of 'Sadbhavana' initiative, the Indian Army undertook 18 farmers for an agricultural tour in Haryana. All the participating farmers were from border areas of Nowshera in Jammu and Kashmir. During their five-day stay, the attendees were made aware of the latest technologies used in agriculture, dairy farming and bee keeping businesses. After returning from their successful visit, the farmers lauded the Army's efforts and thanked the escorting officials.
