Amritsar Train Accident: How is it that there was no warning system, asks Subramanian Swamy

Subramanian Swamy on Saturday called out on lackadaisical approach of the Railway authorities for the train mishap in which around 60 people lost their lives after a train ran into people watching Dussehra celebrations near a train track in Amritsar's Choura Bazar. Swamy said, "How is it that there was no warning system? Or a radar, which is fitted in now most countries in the world. In our Railway system, how they could not see that there are such a large number of people ahead, so they could not slow down safely 2-3 miles before."
