‘Airlines committed what they promised’: Passenger after arriving in Ahmedabad

Jammu (J&K)/ Patna (Bihar)/ Ahmedabad (Gujarat), May 25 (ANI): Domestic flight operations resumed across the country from today (May 25) except in Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal after two months of suspension due to coronavirus-induced lockdown. Passengers from different parts of the country arrived at the Ahmedabad airport as domestic flight operations resumed today amid COVID-19 lockdown. A passenger who has arrived in the city by the flight said, “They committed what they promised. The overall experience was very good.” Passengers also arrived at Patna airport. All scheduled commercial passenger flights were suspended in India since March 25 when the Central government imposed a lockdown to contain the virus. Passengers were also seen waiting for their flights at Jammu airport. A passenger at Jammu airport told ANI, “The resumption of domestic air flights is a relief.”
