AI inducts Dreamliner, aims for 'Maharaja' status again

Civil Aviation Minister, Ajit Singh, today inducted Air India's first Boeing 787 into its fleet, and said that the national carrier is now on the path to being the 'Maharaja' of the skies. Apart from Singh, former civil aviation minister and BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain and Congress leader Naveen Jindal were also present. Addressing mediapersons after the inauguration, Singh said that with the addition of the new aircraft, Air India would expand its network of flights.
