Jennifer Berman, the director of the Berman Women's Wellness Center and the author of 'For Women Only' has busted the top four top myths that couples shouldn't buy into. The first myth is that both need to be in the mood. Second myth is that the best sex is spontaneous, expecting sex to just happen at the spur-of-the-moment can lead to long dry spells, whereas writing it in on the calendar is a show of commitment; plus, it gives the couple something to anticipate.
