Vernon Kay has said it was an "amazing experience" to volunteer at a vaccination centre in Bolton.
The presenter posed for a socially distanced picture alongside a doctor outside of the COVID-19 vaccination site at the University of Bolton Stadium, as he thanked the medic for helping to organise the roll-out.
He wrote: "What an amazing experience, helping @nhsboltonccg with the vaccines.

"Dr.Helen you are a superstar and deserve all the recognition for helping organise the roll out in Bolton. If you can and are willing to volunteer then please do, it will really cheer you up knowing that you helped others see the light at the end of this very long tunnel. #jabsarmy nhsvolunteerresponders.org.uk."
The 46-year-old also spoke about his volunteering during an appearance on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday, telling hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid: "The experience as a whole was something really, really special.
"It was amazing watching all of these people arrive having dealt with three lockdowns.
"The moment they left after having their vaccines, you could tell there was light at the end of the tunnel for them and a weight had been lifted off of their shoulders."
Kay isn’t the only famous face helping with the vaccine roll-out either, as The Only Way Is Essex's Bobby Norris has become a volunteer vaccinator for St John Ambulance.
To prepare for the role, the reality star did some online learning and underwent an in-person training day.
Sharing he was a certified volunteer vaccinator last week, he wrote on Instagram: "Today I completed my training as a COVID-19 Volunteer Vaccinator. This pandemic has affected us all in one way or another and after contracting the virus myself over Christmas and finding out first hand just how awful it really is, I decided that once I was better I wanted to do whatever I could to help others.
"I’m really looking forward to getting out there and doing my part in supporting the NHS in the rollout of the vaccine."
