2020 was a reality check for human beings. The pandemic made us realize that we have done more wrong to our planet in order to make our lives better. Humans came to know that dependence on artificial stuff is ruining the pure nature we live in. The pandemic had a great effect on our society economically, socially and mentally. It’s a wake-up call for us to respect the world we live in and help in preserving it from any harm.

Nakul Mishra an entrepreneur from Amritsar had a great thought of shifting back to natural methods of healthcare or in simpler terms shift back to Ayurveda. The word Ayurveda means “The science of life”, its an age-old science that focuses on creating a healthy relationship between nature and humans. Unlike conventional chemical-based medicines which help in just fixing a problem, Ayurveda believes in treating the root cause of a problem and preventing it from happening in the first place.

Nakul wanted to make the science of Ayurveda more accessible to an average household and help them enrich their lives with the power of nature. This thought converted into Vedthy an Ayurvedic startup based in Amritsar, Punjab.

Vedthy focuses on helping people remain healthy and heal with the science of Ayurveda, also to make Ayurveda more accessible to everyone. By accessible, Vedthy means to make cost-effective Ayurvedic solutions and also supplements that are easy to consume and carry. Vedthy is delivering on this by packaging ayurvedic herbs in easy to consume capsules and powder form.

They also make people aware of the benefits of Ayurveda by providing them with well-curated knowledge through their various social channels. Nakul says “It’s very important to make people aware of Ayurveda so that they can know how vast and effective the science of Ayurveda is and also how they can incorporate this into their lives.”

Currently Vedthy hosts a wide range of ayurvedic products including Giloy, Ashwagandha, Mulethi, Neem, Haldi and Shilajit available at Vedthy.com. Their Ayush Herbal Kadha, Approved by the honorable Ayush Ministry of India is a massive hit in the consumers, it helps Strengthen Immunity with natural means and strong immunity is a necessity in this pandemic.

The company is working on bringing more Ayurvedic solutions to the public in the near future and also exploring new approaches to educate people about the importance of Ayurveda.
