Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed the Parliament today regarding the Uttarakhand tragedy that recently took place as a result of a massive glacial burst that causes heavy floods in the state. In his address, he outlined the tragic incident, emphasizing on the measures taken for search and rescue operations which are currently underway at the disaster spot. The Uttarakhand floods took the lives of more than 25 people and more are feared to be dead as 170 people are still missing.
