Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath tests positive for COVID-19, in self-isolation

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has tested positive for COVID-19. He is in self-isolation. CM Yogi Adityanath had isolated himself on April 13th only as a "precautionary measure" after some officials in his contact tested positive for coronavirus. "On observing initial symptoms, I got myself tested for COVID-19 and my report has come positive. I am in self-isolation and following the consultation of physicians. I am performing my work virtually," Adityanath said in a tweet in Hindi today. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also urged people who came in contact with him in the past few days to get themselves tested and take precaution.
