Paul Michael Levesque, better known by the ring name of Triple H was born on July 27, 1969, in Nashua, New Hampshire. Triple H started bodybuilding at the age of 14 and he won the 1988 Mr Teenage New Hampshire competition at the age of 19. Before he started training for professional wrestling, he worked as a manager at Gold's Gym in Nashua.

Triple H eats full-fledged six balanced meals in a day to keep his metabolic rate high. When he prepares for a particular fight, he follows a carb cycle in which he includes low-calorie carbohydrates. His meal, in general, includes vegetables, meat, fruits, starch and plenty of water. Triple H strictly avoids junk food.
Triple H's main source of protein includes steak, chicken, turkey, fish and egg whites; and he derives carbohydrates come from rice, potatoes, vegetables and pasta. He likes to get healthy fat from fish oil. If Triple H misses a meal, he consumes a protein shake or a health bar.
