Digital screens are a regular part of our lives, but spending too much time looking at screens can harm our eyes. The blue light emitted by the phone's or laptop's screen can cause more eyestrain & interferes with your sleep. As ditching laptop screen is impossible during working hours, try to take breaks after every 15 minutes.
Not drinking enough water
If you are not drinking enough water, your body organs will suffer and that includes your eyes! Red eyes, dry eyes, puffy eyelids & blurred vision can all be a result of dehydration. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day & try to avoid foods high in sodium, which tends to dehydrate your body.
