TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee goes for his first rally in election season

Live visuals from West Bengal come in. The Trinamool Congress MP, Abhishek Banerjee after paying homage to Swami Vivekananda at his Ancestral home in the morning is now leading a rally. Other TMC leaders accompanied him. What's significant is that the Bhartiya Janata Party too had taken out a similar rally today morning itself to pay respects to Swami Vivekananda. It is Abhishek Banerjee's first rally in the selection season. Although the purpose of the rally is celebration of the 158th birth year of Swami Vivekananda, the underlying political reasons cannot be ignored. The TMC and Mamata Banerjee have accused BJP of being an outsider party that knows nothing about the culture, history or heritage of Bengal or about its people. This is something that the Bhartiya Janata party has strongly refuted rejected this claim and has also questioned the intent of the Trinamool Congress and Mamata Banerjee. This treatment according to BJP goes against the inclusive principal of the country itself.
