Novak Djokovic faces Dominic Thiem in the semi-finals with both competing for a place in Sunday’s finale of the ATP Finals at the O2 Arena in London.

Thiem topped his group, beating Rafael Nadal and Stefanos Tsitsipas before slipping to a surprise defeat by Andrey Rublev in his final round-robin game.

Djokovic was beaten in straight sets by Daniil Medvedev in his second match, but dispatched Alexander Zverev and Diego Schwartzman to progress.
