Temples ready to reopen in Tamil Nadu

Madurai (TN), July 05 (ANI): In view of improving COVID situation in Tamil Nadu, state government allowed reopening of all worship places from July 05. The decision has been taken after COVID-19 curb brought under control and to ease the hardships of people relaxations have been made. Under strict supervision of COVID-19 protocols, Temple authorities in Madurai have begun cleaning and sanitization. Government appealed citizens to maintain social distancing and follow all COVID SOPs. Earlier state has imposed an extended COVID-19 lockdown from June 25 to July 05 till 6 am.
