Jwala Gutta expressed the disappointment of her name not being there in the voting list on the micro-blogging site. The Indian Badminton Double’s player said that her name was missing despite checking it online. The ace Indian shuttler also questioned the fairness of the Assembly Polls 2018. She further wrote, “How’s the election fair...when names r mysteriously disappearing from the list!!”

It is a common sight, of names not present from the voting list, on the polling day. A lot of people after struggling for hours find out that their names are not there on the list. However, Jwala Gutta has claimed that she had checked her name online first, and despite that, her name had disappeared from the list. If there is any fact in the claim, we hope that the Election Commission of India (ECI) is listening.
