Tamil Nadu is currently a poll-bound state and the assembly elections are due on April 6th. Ahead of the assembly polls in the state, the Election Commission has begun its crackdown in the state and has recovered cash and liquor bottles as well. Times Now has accessed the seizure report filed by Tamil Nadu EC. The crackdown is on the cash for votes bid in the state of Tamil Nadu. Cash for votes is not an unknown practice in India.
