Tamil film body seeks intervention of Chief Minister MK Stalin over Cinematographer Bill Row

Tamil Film Body has met Chief Minister MK Stalin expressing their concerns over the draft of the cinematographer bill. According to the film body, the new amendments in the cinematographer bill will threaten the freedom of expression and would lead to censorship. Delegations from the Tamil film producers including popular actors Karti Rohini and others called on Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu MK Stalin to express their reservation. As far as the bill is concerned there has been massive disagreement from almost the whole film fraternity. They in fact have urged the state government to intervene in the matter and come out with a solution.
