All India Muslim Personal Law Board today said that it would Supreme Court's decision on the Babri Masjid-Ram Mandir issue.

The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) today said it would accept the Supreme Court's decision on the Babri Masjid-Ram Mandir issue, PTI reported.

Hearing a petition filed by the Bharatiya Janata Party's Subramanian Swamy, the Supreme Court on March 21 said the construction of a Ram Mandir at Ayodhya was an issue of sentiment and religion, and asked the disputing parties to sort the matter outside court.

"An amicable settlement of the Ayodhya Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute was a better course than on insisting on judicial pronouncement," a bench of Chief Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar, Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul said.
