State human rights panel summons BMC Commissioner over Kangana Ranaut demolition row

State human rights panel has summoned the BMC Commissioner and has been asked to appear on the 20th of January, the summon has been issued to the BMC commissioner over the demolition row that took place between Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut and BMC. The summon has come on the basis of the Human Rights Commission passing the BMC Commissioner if there was any human rights violation in the demolition of human rights. Kangana Ranaut had been saying that it was a demolition of rights and they did not have any locus standi to do this and the court had come down heavily on the action that was undertaken by the BMC. This is going to be yet another blow to the BMC.
