A month since CBI has taken over the Sushant Singh Rajput case after his family was wary of the Mumbai Police. Yet, 38 days later, India’s premier probe agency is devoid of any leads on the case. The absence of any status report from the CBI has made Sushant’s family question the inaction. His friends and family declare that they believe he could have never committed suicide and the lack of updates from the investigating agency has now made them frustrated. To attract attention and demand information they will go on a symbolic hunger strike from Oct. 2nd for three days.
They believe that not sufficient efforts have been put into the investigation and would want to know why the people present during his death have not been questioned yet. CBI’s apparent loss of direction in SSR’s case has left his friends and family disillusioned.
