SSC JE 2019 Recruitment Exam Notification Released Online at ssc.nic.in; First Central Government Hiring to Notify EWS Reservation

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued job notification for Junior Engineers recruitment 2019 on its official website; ssc.nic.in. Those who are interested in seeking a government job shall note that the application process has already begun and will continue till February 25, 2019. Again, the online fee payment can be made till February 27; 5:00 pm. SSC will notify the number of recruitments in due course of time. The SSC recruitment drive 2019 is slated to hire JE in the civil, mechanical, electrical and quantity surveying departments. The SSC JE recruitment 2019 will be the first to carry the recently amended 10 per cent reservation benefits for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) from the general category.

The Ministry of Personnel last month made it official that from February 1, all the central government positions will be filled after factoring in the recently approved 10 per cent reservation for EWS. The SSC JE job notification 2019, available online reads, “Reservation for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ Other Backward Classes (OBC)/ Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Persons with Disability (PwD) etc would be as determined and communicated by the Indenting Ministries/ Departments/ Offices, as per extant Government Orders.” As of now, it is stated that the Computer Based Examination (CBE) for JE recruitment will be held from September 23 to 29, 2019. 129 Indian Students Detained After 'Pay To Stay' Visa Racket Busted in US, Indian Embassy Opens Hotline. 

Again, the Paper II written exam will be conducted on December 29. Any changes on the exam dates will be notified on the official web portal. The recruitment examination will be conducted for both male and female candidates. However, only male candidates are eligible to apply for Junior Engineers in Border Roads Organisation (BRO). Before beginning with the application process, it is advisable to read the eligibility and job details carefully for all the positions.
