Srinagar: Sikh Girl allegedly forcefully converted to Islam; Akali Dal leaders demand Anti-Conversion law

A shocking incident has now come to light from Jammu & Kashmir. A Sikh girl was allegedly married off to a 50-year-old Muslim man at gunpoint and was forced to convert to Islam. The Sikh community staged protests and demanded an anti-conversion law, similar to the one existing in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Akali Dal leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa, makes sensational and shocking claims. The Akali Dal leader states that the police did not intervene and only paid attention once the community and leaders started staging protests.
