After spending a month in hospital, Commandant Chetan is ready to go home

Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Commandant, Chetan Cheeta, who was seriously injured in an encounter in Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir, was finally discharged from the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on Wednesday. As per reports, Chetan was admitted to the Intensive care unit (ICU) of AIIMS with bullet injures to his head. After going through a number of surgeries, the commandant showed improvement and doctors finally discharged him after he spent a month long period in the hospital. Chetan Cheeta was injured on February 14 during a terrorist attack in Jammu Kashmir's Bandipora district. During the joint operation, he was shot nine times in the head.
