Varanasi (UP), May 31 (ANI): As India facing COVID-19 pandemic and shortage of vaccine, Banaras Hindu University researchers claimed that single dose of vaccine is enough for COVID recovered patients. Prof in Zoology Department, Dr Gyaneshwer Chaubey said, “We studied about vaccine’s effect on COVID recovered and non-infected people. 90% of non-infected people developed antibodies after 3-4 weeks while recovered developed it after 1st dose. We can overcome the vaccine shortage problem by giving single dose to recovered people. We have also written letter to PM in this regard.”
