Silver futures drop on subdued demand

New Delhi, Jul 22 (PTI) Silver futures on Thursday dropped by Rs 37 to Rs 67,100 per kg, as participants reduced their bets owing to low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for the September delivery tumbled by Rs 37, or 0.06 per cent, to Rs 67,100 per kg in a business turnover of 12,979 lots.

However, Silver traded higher by 0.16 per cent at USD 25.30 per ounce in New York. PTI SHW DRR DRR
