Sharad Pawar appeals farmers to return back, says 'don't give opportunity to Centre to blame'

Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar on January 26 appealed farmers protesting against the three agriculture laws in Delhi, to go back to their respective villages peacefully and should not give any opportunity to the government to blame them. He said, "The way the agitation was handled today is regrettable. We all sitting in Opposition support the farmers' cause and I appeal -- now you (farmers) should go back to your respective villages peacefully and should not give any opportunity to the govt to blame you." Earlier in the day, several violent incidences took place during farmers' tractor rally on the Republic Day in the national capital.
