Is this Shahid Kapoor's way of saying he regrets doing Rangoon?

Rangoon was Vishal Bharadwaj's most ambitious film till date and expectations from the period drama were sky-high. However, Rangoon could not rake in even Rs 20 crore in its opening weekend, despite releasing on the holiday of Mahashivratri. It seems that the box office failure of the film has left lead actor Shahid Kapoor very disheartened.

The actor, who was doing a Q&A session on Twitter, let slip his feelings about the debacle. When a fan asked him how he feels when his film does not do well commercially, keeping reviews and awards aside, Shahid replied, "Shitty."

In another tweet that was believed to be directed at Rangoon, Shahid's reply when asked whether he believed if good films sometimes don't do well was, "Good films always do well."

Meanwhile, when a fan asked him about Maha Kaminey, a sequel to his 2009 hit Kaminey with Vishal Bharadwaj, Shahid said that it was "not gonna happen."
