IPL 2017: Apparently, SRK made his presence felt at the venue as did his cute son AbRam

Kolkata Knights Riders (KKR) strolled to a comfortable victory in their opening match of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017 against Gujarat Lions (GL). Knight Riders demolished the Lions in their den to register a record ten-wicket win. While Chris Lynn and Gautam Gambhir were busy dismantling the Lions, KKR team owner Shah Rukh Khan along with his son AbRam were enjoying the game from stands.

This is not the first time we saw SRK attending KKR’s match, but the Bollywood superstar is mostly seen at Eden Gardens- Knight Riders’ home venue. For the uninitiated, KKR were playing at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Ground in Rajkot, Lions’ home ground. Also Read- Courtesy tournament’s best-ever opening partnership, KKR win by 10 wickets

Apparently, SRK made his presence felt at the venue as did his cute son. AbRam is always seen accompanying his father during the IPL. The pictures of father-son duo attending the Knight Riders vs. Lions game are all over the internet for obvious reasons. Here are some of the pictures:

Chasing 184, KKR completed the target with ten wickets and 31 balls to spare. Chris Lynn smashed 41-ball 93 to guide his side to win. Captain Gambhir finished unbeaten on 76. Lynn completed his fifty off just 19 balls to slam joint second fastest half-century for KKR. Knight Riders post this impressive win now occupy the top position on the points table. Also Check- GL vs KKR as it Happened

The presence of SRK and AbRam has worked like a charm for Knight Riders, and we hope the King Khan keeps attending KKR’s game. Who better mascot to have than the Baadshah of Bollywood!
